Member of the Innovation Management team, conducting market research to discover opportunities for digital health products:
• Co-led innovation research projects for prevention, diagnosis, and chronic disease management, focusing on cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, and pulmonary diseases.
• Developed a novel categorization of health conditions, impacting product strategy by shifting from the traditional focus on body organs to a patient-centered approach: how the disease manifests in patients and how they experience it.
• Codified the innovation methodology guidelines, which were shared across the organization and resulted in an increase in bottom-up innovation.
• Conducted in-depth interviews with patients, healthcare providers, and hospital C-suite to uncover unmet needs and financial incentives for device and software procurement.
